Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts to exploit the system is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. kdh200 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
- Your account password is your sole responsibility. You are required to keep it confidential and must not share it with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the kdh200 support team immediately.
- Kdh200 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts that impersonate kdh200.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware.
Platform Usage Rules You Must Follow
Users agree not to use the kdh200 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from kdh200.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the kdh200 platform or its technical infrastructure.
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
- Using false information, another person's identity, or credit/debit cards not belonging to you to carry out transactions.
- Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate the payment system or obtain benefits through unauthorised means.
- Uploading or distributing illegal, obscene, or threatening content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the kdh200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate, from lawful sources, and belong to them.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Users are advised to check the payments page for the latest limits before making any transaction.
- Kdh200 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays by banks or third-party e-wallet providers.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kdh200 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.
- Transactions suspected of fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds in the affected account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) set out separately for each promotion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kdh200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, technical service interruptions, errors in odds or results display, or data loss.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kdh200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of law enforcement authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the kdh200 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process once the review is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kdh200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of kdh200 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the platform without prior written consent from kdh200.
